Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped free of charge when shipped within the United States. We Ship ASAP. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Orders where Bill to and Ship to information do not match are subject to further verification.

Please enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. We verify all information such as name, address, and telephone number before processing any orders. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may cause delays when processing the order.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the delivery date. We will gladly accept your timely return of item(s) that are in a new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Once returned you will receive a refund excluding any shipping costs and restocking fees.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, order number, copy of the purchase invoice and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Please Note: All returns must have a proper RA (Return Authorization) number on the outside of the box. To ensure a speedy process please contact us with the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Type of Return: Credit or Exchange
  3. Reason for Return/Exchange

A representative will contact you with your RA number and further details. Any items returned without an RA number on the box are subject to be rejected. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipments without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will incur a 30% restocking fee. We are not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box.

Guarantee Satisfaction

If you find an item for a lower price on another web site we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and our price. We will even refund the difference if we lower the price at BilletGrillPro.com.

How it works:

  1. The item must be available for purchase and identical to the item on BilletGrillPro.com.
  2. The web site cannot be an auction site, paid membership club or eBay Express.
    Please note that this offer is valid for 15 days after you make your purchase. This offer applies to a maximum of three (3) items of any particular item per customer.

Steps to receive your refund:

  1. Order the item that you want from BilletGrillPro.com.
  2. Please contact us with your order number, and the URL of the site where you found the item (and directions of how to find the item).
  3. We will verify the information, give you a discount equal to 100% of the difference, and email you with your new total. Offer is not valid unless information can be verified by BilletGrillPro.com.

Problems Receiving Billet Grill Pro Email
